Cancellation policy – Holiday home Rheeze

We understand that plans can change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy. For cancellations made up to fourteen days before the scheduled arrival date, guests will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within fourteen days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the first night will not be refunded, but the remaining nights will be refunded. If guests decide to end their stay early after check-in, any unused nights will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and according to the terms and conditions of the booking platform used.
